Tata Steel is strengthening its global portfolio of sustainable products and solutions across India, the UK, the Netherlands, and Thailand by combining low-emission steelmaking technologies with customer-focused innovation. Our portfolio includes lower-carbon and circular steel solutions like Zeremis® in the Netherlands and 100% scrap-based Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) long products in Thailand.

We introduced a virtual Carbon Bank to track CO2 reductions and have completed Life Cycle Assessments for 80% of our Indian products. Across diverse segments, we offer advanced automotive steels, including EV-ready grades; tinplate and packaging solutions; structural tubes; branded construction solutions, modular construction offerings under Nest-In; and solar-integrated roofing systems such as Catnic SolarSeam®. Through these products and solutions, Tata Steel is helping customers reduce lifecycle emissions, improve resource efficiency, and design for a more circular future. INITIATIVES

Zeremis® portfolio at Tata Steel Nederland offering Carbon Lite, Recycled and Delivered solutions, enabling customers to lower Scope 3 emissions and increase recycled content in their steel use.

Advanced UHSS, coated and EV-ready grades for body-in-white, chassis, battery enclosures and e-driveline components, supporting OEMs in light weighting, safety and recyclability while reducing
vehicle lifecycle emissions.

One of the top 3 tinplate producers globally, with ~1.6 MTPA capacity supplying fully recyclable metal packaging to food, beverage and FMCG brands; adoption of trivalent chromium coating technologies in Nederland for more sustainable packaging steel.

Tata Steel in collaboration with Constructsteel have unveiled a pioneering 1,836 sq. ft. steel based Zero Energy Building (ZEB) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, designed to produce as much energy as it consumes. Constructed in just 3.5 months, it uses Light-Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology, solar panels, and high-performance insulation to promote sustainable, climate-resilient construction.

We are proud to share the success of our partnership with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation in Gujarat. Strengthening its commitment towards sustainable and community-focused infrastructure development, Nest-In has successfully delivered more than 175+ Anganwadi centers within a span of 14 months across seven districts of Gujarat.

Nest-In built the state-of-the-art Tata Main Hospitals at Noamundi, Meramandli and West Bokaro. The advanced healthcare facilities will be transformative for Noamundi, West Bokaro, and many other regions in their vicinity, providing technologically advanced healthcare closer to every home.

Nest-In has developed more than 149+ Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Polytechnic Colleges across Assam and Karnataka. Spread across several districts, these state-of-the-art facilities, each measuring around 9,600 sq. ft., provide robust infrastructure for vocational education and skill development, empowering the next generation of India's workforce.

Pravesh secured CBRI fire certification for its range of single and double leaf doors with 1.2/1.2 mm thickness with 120 mins + 30 Mins insulation. CBRI tests were passed in the span of 6 months.
